Handstand Push-Up

Getting back to skills that I haven’t done in awhile and gonna try this out for the time being…

Not gonna write out every little thing but instead just show general overview of what I’m doing every day.

Today’s Theme -> Handstand Push-Ups

Prep – warm-up stuff for shoulders

Practice – Freestanding singles of HSPU on Pbarz for about 20 minutes

Push

  • HSPU with toes on wall using Pbarz
  • Feet elevated on chair inverted presses with Pbarz
  • Feet elevated on chair inverted presses hands on floor.
  • Burn out finisher shoulder neutral grip shoulder press with DB.
  • Light weight cuban raises w/o press.

1 hour walk with daughter.
