What I Do For My Recovery

I thought I’d try something different today and rather than write a long post, I shot a long video. 🙂

As a father, husband, and super active dude in his late forties, here are the 3 main things that I focus on to help with my recovery.

1. Sleep

2. Nutrition

3. Just Being Me
