Prep – warm-up stuff for pushing
Practice – The Planche
Nothing special. Just did singles at a level I could hold with good form and moved down a level when form when to crap.
Push
- All different kinds of single arm pushing using pbars, the floor, and even locomotion. Some examples in the vid
- Finished with Psuedo planche push-ups and standard push-ups
Similar to yesterday I jumped rope early this morning for 20 minutes before work.
