Things are starting to heat up over here in Japan. Thankfully it’s just the weather and not another outbreak of Covid-19.
Great start to the week with another strength session. My energy recently has been really good and I have a feeling quitting coffee (temporarily) last week helped.
Today was another tough but very enjoyable session with the focus being on the upper body.
Some days, most days, it’s simply about showing up and just doing the work. Even when you don’t feel like it.
Balance practice is an often overlooked aspect of a person's session. We know it's important but come on, do we really need to practice it?
I was finally able to get out to the park and do my session there today. Felt really good even though I was wearing a mask.
Used this variation of the sissy squat today in my session. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be.
This week I’m back on my program and so excited for the skill training. I can finally devote the proper time to working on them without interruption. Or at least that’s the plan.
Shion told me today he didn't want to do much for a workout today so we kept it super simple. Little did he know...
Today was a sweaty one! Kids and I did a full circuit then spent time working on splits and pancake. Had a lot of fun in the process. :)
