Last night I watched the latest M:I installment, Fallout. While I'm not particularly a fan of Tom Cruise, I was thoroughly impressed with his physicality throughout the film. The parkour/sprinting scene especially got me giving him props for not only doing his own stunts but for continuing to do so at such a high level even in his late fifties. It's definitely got me thinking about adding a bit more parkour and sprinting into my current routine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XiHiW4N7-bo

I love hot weather but summer in Japan is crazy! If I walk outside I'm bombarded with surly gangs of cicadas intent of having the most amount of fun in the shortest amount of time - cicadas only live for 6 weeks above ground so I guess they are highly motivated.

I kinda have a thing for learning new stuff. I want to learn as much as I can about everything I can but I have a hard time just dipping my toes in.
