- A1 – Weighted Pistol Squats – 8 reps each leg x 3 sets
- A2 – Harop Curls – 8 reps x 3 sets
- B1 – Shrimp Squats – 8 reps each leg x 3 sets
- B2 – Barbell Deadlift – 6 reps
