Doing Squat

Today was leg day…don’t think I’m gonna be able to walk tomorrow.

Short write-up because I just finished my session and NEED FOOD!!!

Prep

Monkey, Frogger, Duck Walk, Cossack Squats

Push

  • A1 – Weighted Pistol Squats – 8 reps each leg x 3 sets
  • A2 – Harop Curls – 8 reps x 3 sets
  • B1 – Shrimp Squats – 8 reps each leg x 3 sets
  • B2 – Barbell Deadlift – 6 reps

Stretches afterwards. And food…
