Bree woke me up at 2:30am and I had a heck of a hard time getting back to sleep…so sleepy today.
My daughter came in to the gym today and informed me that we were working out together. In my sleep deprived state I’m not sure I should have done this today but hey, sometimes you just do what your daughter tells you to.
