The Hill

Started the week off with some hill sprints. Nothing too outrageous since this is the first day getting back to them. 50 meters hill sprint using nasal breathing then slow walk back down using Oxygen Advantage recovery breathing. 8 to 10 hill sprints done once a week will be good enough.
